Yoga is an excellent way to keep active! With regular practice you’ll feel physical benefits, have a clearer focus, and experience a greater sense of calm, ease and wellbeing.
I’ve been practicing yoga for over 25 years and have found it to be a precious sanctuary from my every-day life – a time to just ‘be’. Yoga improves my life; I’m stronger, more flexible and enjoy a greater ease of body and mind.
I’m passionate about sharing all the benefits yoga can bring about and have been teaching for nearly two years; initially covering others’ classes, but for the past six months offering my own Scaravelli-inspired yoga classes.
In my classes, we use a variety of yoga movements and work with the breath to strengthen your body, lengthen your spine, improve your balance - helping you become more flexible and physically resilient. You develop a greater awareness of posture and how your body responds to movement, and you’ll learn how to effectively release tension and de-stress. Each class ends with a period of relaxation.
